Texas Youth and High School Rugby
Teams from St. Thomas, Strake Jesuit, Katy, Kingwood, Memorial, Lake Travis (Austin), & Alamo Heights (San Antonio) took part in St. Thomas’ Ruggapalooza this past Saturday. Great job Coach Wolf & St. Thomas.

Rob Mabry, a 2011 graduate of St. Thomas High in Houston, has been announced as a 2011 Kevin Higgins College Scholarship Grant Recipient.

Attention All High School Rugby Teams, SBRO’s or Union Administrators;
Check out the attached FLYER for the 2012 Jesuit Dallas Rugby Showdown and let us know if your team or teams in your region are interested. All are welcome to attend and this year we will have the stadium as well as the lower grass fields available.
This year’s tournament will have 2 divisions – High School and Club based on entries!
We already have commitments from teams in Canada and Texas.

TRRA is hosting a Level 1 Referee course at St. Thomas High School, in Houston, TX from 9:00 – 5:00 on October 22nd. Participants should dress for activity and lunch will be provided. Your fee for this training will be refnded if you participate as a referee. U-19 players might also consider taking this course & being a referee as well.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER ONLINE. THEY CAN TAKE WALK UPS BUT IT IS ENORMOUSLY HELPFUL TO THE HOSTS & TO USA RUGBY IF YOU REGISTER IN ADVANCE.
