Age Band Progression of Play

Rugby Texas uses an age band structure for competitions. This method mirrors other youth sports organizational structures and attempts to create the most fair environment for youth competition and opportunity.

The Progression of Play was edited and adopted by Rugby Texas to establish clear variations and considerations based on current research from several national and international youth rugby organizations.
