ALL REGIONAL TEAMS - 8 am Sunday, May 26th - 3 Team Round Robin for final Team Selection will be held in Austin, at Burr Field (6013 Loyola Lane, Austin 78724) - This will be an all day event.

Salary: $15,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
Incumbent must have the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours and return calls and emails as needed.
Salary range is $15000 - 60,000 depending on the size of the League
Full training and ongoing support will be provided for this role.
Reports To: National Manager
League Manager Requirements
Strong connections in the local area you will be conducting the League.
Passionate about sport. Sound knowledge of Rugby is desirable but not crucial
Current First Aid Certificate
Excellent Entrepreneurial skills
Experience in management, preferably within the sports industry
Excellent people skills
Attention to detail and a desire to achieve high standards
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Well developed initiative and a desire to continually improve
Duties and Responsibilities
The League Manager will be required to address several critical areas, these are:
Administration prior to season commencement
Entering teams into online administration system
Answering calls from interested teams & individuals
Administration on game nights
Monitoring of money for shorts and team fees
Set up and pack-up each night
Liaising with players and supporters
The League Manager must:
Have control of and be responsible for the property and equipment of the League.
Notify Oztag AAA of all insurance claims pertaining to injured players as per Oztag AAA policy.
Liaise with the representatives of the playing facilities.
Actively promote Oztag in the district (Youth & Adult) and more especially in the fostering of the game in the schools within the nominated district.
Adopt and adhere to Oztag AAA policy and operations manuals.
